Help center + coding-agent sync · beta

Your next PR writes its own help article.

Set up a help center from your repo or your URL. Answer customers with a bot that cites it. Then let the coding agent that ships your changes keep every article right, with a person approving each one.

The whole journey

Painless on day one. Still right a year later.

Three moments, all reachable from the coding agent you already use. Each one also works from the Helprism dashboard.

1Day one

A help center from your product, in minutes

Two doors, same result: categories and draft articles you review and publish.

From your coding agent

> Set up our help center in Helprism from this repo
Created categories and draft articles from your README, routes and settings.

Creating articles from an agent needs a Business key.

Or paste your URL

The Content Wizard reads your site and drafts a first help center. Import Markdown any time.

2Week one

Answers on your site and inside your product

The AI answer bot and the widget answer from your articles and cite them, with the date each one was last verified. Included, with no per-answer fee.

Widget · AI answer

“Open Overview to see your agent’s status, then Changes for anything waiting.”

Source: Understanding the Dashboard · Verified 2 days ago

Your agent can ask the same question from the terminal: ask_knowledge returns the answer with sources and their freshness.

3Every PR after that

Articles update themselves when you ship

The agent that wrote the change runs the Helprism skill at PR time. It writes a one-line impact note, or “none”. When a sentence a customer reads became wrong, it drafts the full rewrite and sends it for review. A person accepts, edits or rejects. Readers see the date.

  • A change with nothing for customers is logged as "No help center impact", with the reason, and costs nothing.
  • Review in Helprism, or from the terminal through MCP.
  • Optional GitHub App for teams that prefer it server-side (Business, beta).

All of it from the terminal

Two steps to install: the MCP server, then the skill. Works in Claude Code and Codex; Cursor and Windsurf get the tools.

How sync works, door by door

Nothing auto-publishes

Drafts wait for a person, who accepts, edits or rejects each one with a reason.

Your diff stays on your machine

The agent reads the change locally. Helprism receives drafts and file paths, never code.

$49, flat

Per workspace. No seats, no credits, no charge for a commit that changed nothing.

A complete help center underneath

Everything a public help center needs, with sync from your coding agent on top.

Custom domain and themes

Dark mode, brand color, SEO defaults and a sitemap per workspace.

AI answer bot

Cites verified articles. Included, no per-resolution fee.

Widget

Search and answers in your product. Same stamps, same articles.

Editor and import

Block editor, Markdown import, the URL wizard.

Seven languages

Translations and a language switcher, stamps localized.

Insights

What visitors search and what the bot answered.

MCP server and REST API

Any agent can read and write articles with a key.

Team roles

Owners and admins approve, editors draft.

Two prices. Both flat.

Per workspace. 14-day free trial, no card to start. Compare your team’s real monthly cost.

Before you connect

What if a draft is wrong?
It waits in Changes next to the current text. Edit it or reject it with a reason. Nothing reaches customers until someone accepts.
Do I need the coding agent to start?
No. The Content Wizard drafts a help center from your URL, and the dashboard editor does the rest. The agent is how it stays right.
What does a sync run cost in tokens?
Your agent runs the skill on your own model and your own plan with its provider. Helprism charges nothing per run, and a run that finds nothing to change is free.
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. Every workspace starts with a 14-day free trial, no card needed. After that it is Pro at $49 a month or Business at $99, flat per workspace.
Do I need the GitHub App?
No. It is an optional beta on Business for teams that want the server-side door.
